Looking for a skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with architecture, software, test and hardware teams.What you'll be doing:Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package levelCharacterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to marketLead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvementsInfluence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.What we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of relevant experienceAnalytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverageExperience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment.
