We release new, meaningful updates on a regular basis for our live mobile games such as The Sims FreePlay.SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product to define, market, and support Sims FreePlay. You will work closely with our development teams and stakeholders to understand the market, identify opportunities, and provide analytics insights for our live operations. You will also be responsible for prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful tasks. This is a strategic, metrics-driven role focusing on the game’s user acquisition, engagement, and monetization crucial to delivering engaging and viral features that are fun, iconic, and meet our revenue goals. You will learn a ton, have fun, and be a critical part of our success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to provide new experiences and features to our playersMaximize titles' acquisition, engagement, monetization, and of course, fun!Act as a liaison between the stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communicationLead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalitiesOversee the development stages, ensuring the final product meets the defined requirementsDevelop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementationAnalyse games industry market trends and competitor strategiesManage virtual economies and economy modelsUse analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, tune mechanics, and identify new opportunities and features to improve user conversion, retention, and monetizationCoordinate with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to promote titles both in-game and externally to optimize response/ROIWork with Director of Product in business planning and KPI setting for the teamQualifications5+ years of experience in product management within consumer web and e-commerce productsExperience using Excel (can perform complex functions) or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to build dashboards and produce insightsExperience in a B2C product management environment where your consumer is the priorityKnowledge of Agile process and principles with experience with product management tools like JIRA or TrelloExperience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partnersStrong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends.Games industry experience is desirable with Mobile expertise as a plusPassion for the Sims Franchise is a plusBA/BS degree – CS/EE/Engineering degree; MBA preferred#LI-OnsiteThe PerksWe want EA to be the ultimate destination to make great content and experiences.
