Job Description

As Senior Product Manager for Asphalt 9: Legends, you will be a key figure behind the game’s financial health and long-term sustainability.Together with the Game Manager and key stakeholders, you will orchestrate the revenue strategy across the product lifecycle, balancing aggressive growth in engagement and monetization with AAA player experience.You are not just managing a product; you are scaling a global racing phenomenon. YOUR CHALLENGES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Vision: Partner with Game Leadership (Game Manager, Design, and Marketing) to define the roadmap for future years, ensuring the game’s vision aligns with aggressive commercial targets.Live Ops Excellence: Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on two pillars:Data-Driven Growth: Continuous optimization of events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU.Operational Efficiency: Streamlining workflows and automating processes to reduce production times and costs.Monetization Innovation: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems—from conceptual design to post-launch optimization—while constantly auditing existing systems for untapped potential.Data Leadership: Lead hypothesis-driven development by overseeing A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting models to de-risk major business decisions.Mentorship & Influence: Act as a force multiplier for the product team, mentoring junior PMs and fostering a culture of excellence.Organizational Evangelist: Serve as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders, elevating the game’s profile across the entire organization.About you:6+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console).Proven Impact. A track record of significantly moving the needle on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles.Analytical Mastery. Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools is expected.Excellent presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to distill complex strategies into compelling narratives for executive leadership.Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field.An MBA or advanced degree is highly valued.Fluent English, both written and spoken.BONUS POINTSExperience as Product Manager or similar role in other markets.Design Mindset. Strong grasp of Game Design fundamentals and behavioral economics.Deep passion for, or professional experience with Racing Games.Experience with Cross-Platform games or experience in both mobile and PC/Console.Experience in a role that implied team management duties.
