We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape how technology enables our care teams to deliver transformational care to children with special health care needs and their families. You will work closely with clinical, operations, engineering, and data teams to design and deliver products that improve care access, strengthen patient relationships, and drive measurable impact in our care model.
This role is ideal for a product generalist who enjoys navigating complex, ambiguous problems and partnering across disciplines to turn ideas into working systems.
Our care model blends virtual and in-home care to support vulnerable children with chronic conditions. You will help build the tools and workflows that power that model.
Own ambiguous problem spaces
- Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, care delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Frame complex problems by synthesizing input from clinical teams, data, operations, and leadership.
- Translate open-ended challenges into clear product opportunities.
Drive product discovery and execution
- Lead the full product lifecycle using a build–measure–learn approach.
- Conduct discovery to understand user needs and operational constraints.
- Define product strategy, scope solutions, and deliver iterative improvements.
Partner cross-functionally
- Work closely with engineering, clinical leaders, care teams, data, and operations to design solutions that work in the real world.
- Align stakeholders across disciplines and navigate tradeoffs between product, clinical workflows, and operational capacity.
Deliver meaningful outcomes
- Launch products and features that improve care access, engagement, and quality of care.
- Define success metrics and evaluate impact on both patient outcomes and care team operations.
Develop domain expertise
- Become an expert in pediatric virtual and in-home care delivery.
- Stay informed on innovations in digital health, care management, and technology-enabled care models.
What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. You thrive in environments where problems are not fully defined and enjoy bringing clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare or care delivery environments
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic solutions
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operational teams
- Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments where priorities evolve
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Care management platforms or clinical workflows
- Medicaid populations or value-based care
- Products that support care teams or operational users
