Senior Product Manager (B2B Saas)

Freelance Senior Product Manager at Kertos:

In this role, you will bring your product and technical expertise into our Product squads to shape the next generation of effortless compliance for the mid market. Working closely with our clients, developers and designers, you’ll independently plan and drive the foundations and continuous improvements of our information security solution. You will identify and deliver new compliance features that enhance automation, intelligence, and scalability across our platform.

• Drive outcomes, not just output: Transform complex compliance challenges into intuitive, automated workflows that customers genuinely enjoy using.
• Lead discovery and delivery: Collaborate closely with our clients, development partners and internal users to deeply understand problems, validate ideas early, and deliver fast, meaningful improvements for NIS2 and mid market.
• Own the roadmap: Shape and prioritize the NIS2 and mid market roadmap independently, while aligning closely with your squad, our development partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Decide with data: Define success metrics, track adoption, and use insights together with Marketing and Customer Success to continuously improve product impact.

• Product experience: You have deep experience in B2B SaaS product management — gained in startups, scale-ups, or larger companies that operate with an agile mindset.
• Technical curiosity: You’re comfortable discussing frontend, backend, and cloud technologies, and you’ve already explored how AI can enhance products.
• Clear communicator: You’re great at translating complex technical topics into clear insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion & curiosity: You get genuinely excited about new user flows, AI-driven automation, and emerging trends in design, tech, or product development.

• High autonomy & impact: You’ll have the freedom to challenge ideas, improve solutions, and directly influence the product through your contributions
