Job Description

The opportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Supersonic product team and manage our industry-leading publishing platform. In this role, you will be at the helm of our core Client SDKs: Wisdom (our centralized Unity SDK handling ads, native plugins, and business logic) and Momentum (our comprehensive LiveOps suite). Working closely with Business teams, Creative teams, Designers, and R&D, you will ensure our game developers have a seamless, powerful, and unified stack to build and scale top-charting games. As the Product Manager for these critical developer-facing tools, you will lead the product planning and execution throughout the entire lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing requirements from internal studios and developers, driving release execution, writing and maintaining crystal-clear integration documentation, and syncing with various dev teams at ironSource, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. What you'll be doing Manage Complex SDK Products: Oversee the functionality, performance, and developer experience (DX) of both the Wisdom and Momentum SDKs. Drive LiveOps: Lead the vision for Momentum, ensuring LiveOps features, analytics events, and dashboards are optimized, unified, and easy to implement across our entire game portfolio. Streamline Game Infrastructure: Continuously improve Wisdom, ensuring games can interact with a clean SDK seamlessly handles native plugins, remote config, and third-party ad integrations under the hood. Set the Strategy: Identify significant opportunities and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational goals. Navigate a Dynamic Environment: Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where processes are fluid and creative solutions are the norm. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Motivate and guide a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives while maintaining team health and morale. Ensure Delivery: Monitor the progress of initiatives through the product development lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities while keeping all stakeholders informed. What we're looking for 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with technical products, APIs, SDKs, or developer-facing tools. Strategic Ownership: Ability to define a compelling product, chart a clear path to market, and evangelize that vision internally and externally while taking full ownership of the product. Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in an agile development environment alongside technical engineering teams. Strong Leadership: Exceptional organizational, leadership, and execution skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English. You might also have Gaming / Unity Experience: Familiarity with mobile game development (iOS & Android), the Unity game engine, or LiveOps platforms. Ad-Tech Knowledge: Experience within the online advertising industry (publisher/developer side). Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing commercially viable tech products to market. End-to-End Execution: Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and overseeing pre/post-launch execution.
