Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Partner Manager – Job Syndication to join our team. This is a perfect job for someone with a hybrid profile - someone who manages relationships well but has a keen eye for data and troubleshooting.
This role sits at the intersection of technical integrations, data analysis, and partner management. You will own and scale Talent.com’s job syndication programs, working closely with external publishing partners and internal cross-functional teams. The role is hands-on and data-driven, with direct involvement in our jobs API and XML performance optimization, and relationship management.
What you'll do and challenges you'll face
- Manage Talent.com's API and XML syndication programs (part of a team who works on these programs)
- Optimize job ad traffic campaigns
- Provide support to complete & scale job publishing integrations with partners
- Work with customer support analysts to provide best possible value to clients
- Perform margin analysis and use the data for bid management
- Provide operational support to build, complete, and scale job publishing integrations
- Identify new syndication opportunities - aka, look for new publishing partners
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
What we would love to see on your resume
- You have experience with paid ad management/syndication programs (Job syndication is a plus)
- You have expertise in strategies to improve ROAS via paid media
- Experience pulling and analyzing data using SQL, Redshift, or similar querying tools
- You’re analytically minded and love to analyze data
- You have good negotiation skills and have experience managing stakeholders
- You’re detailed oriented and a critical thinker
- You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience - ideally in the job board industry
- You have good communication skills in English (written/spoken)
