Reporting to the President, Innovations, the Program Manager will play a key role in scaling one of Euclid’s newest service offerings and supporting the delivery of innovative, high-impact client programs. What You’ll Do

Program Execution & Oversight: Drive the execution of the IRA PWA service offering, ensuring delivery is aligned with defined standards of excellence, client expectations, and program financial goals.

Sales & Transition Support: Collaborate with the Vertical Leader on sales enablement activities by creating supporting materials and participating in client discussions. Manage handoff and onboarding of new engagements from sales into delivery.

Financial Management: Own P&L oversight across your assigned book of business, including revenue forecasting, staffing alignment, and budget tracking. Proactively surface risks and opportunities to the Director.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell or scope expansion within existing client engagements and collaborate with the Vertical Leader to pursue them.

Service Quality & Delivery: Ensure engagements are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, according to Euclid’s standards. Step in to support or manage engagements directly when necessary.

IRA PWA Expertise: Operate as a trusted partner on prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, applying subject matter knowledge in coordination with senior experts on the team.

Engagement Management: Lead or support stakeholder coordination, training, reporting processes, and engagement operations to ensure a successful client experience.

Client & Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact across program clients. Strengthen relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.

Team Enablement: Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day support to engagement teams. Identify opportunities for professional development in partnership with the Director.

Culture & Standards: Promote Euclid’s culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the program team. Reinforce rules of engagement, client service standards, and best practices.

Performance Support: Collaborate with the Vertical Leader and People team on staffing plans, performance management, and career development for engagement team members.

Cross-Vertical Coordination: Partner with other verticals and teams to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and effective client delivery.

Product Feedback: Act as a thought partner to the Director, elevating insights and product feedback surfaced through program engagements.

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or program management within renewable energy, construction, and/or professional services environments.
  • Working knowledge of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), specifically Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.
  • Experience managing complex client engagements or programs, including direct oversight of staffing, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory frameworks (such as IRA PWA) within client programs to ensure accurate and compliant delivery.
  • Familiarity with building and supporting business models, pricing strategies, and proposals in a professional services environment.
  • Experience overseeing the financial health of programs or engagements, including tracking budgets, reporting on performance, and identifying risks or optimization opportunities.

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $180,000 and $200,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
