Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client aligned with USCIS initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity programs in support of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) requirements.

The Program Manager will oversee all task order activities, ensure compliance with DHS standards, and provide leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all work performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
  • Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across all task order activities
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, performance metrics, and reporting requirements
  • Support Zero Trust engineering and architecture initiatives, including vendor-agnostic decision-making
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver DHS/USCIS program objectives
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across complex environments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive program or project management experience in cybersecurity and IT environments
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs or federal clients
  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) or Zero Trust maturity initiatives
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex program environments
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (engineering, security, architecture)
