Growth & Sales Builder (Pipeline + Revenue Focus)

This is NOT a “marketing manager” role.
This is NOT a “just book meetings” SDR job.
And this is definitely NOT a sit-around-and-wait-for-direction role.

This is a:
👉 build-it-from-scratch
👉 test-fast
👉 figure-it-the-f***-out
👉 generate-real-revenue

…type of role.

You’ll take a vertical (industry) and turn it into a working pipeline in 90 days.

That means:

  • figuring out who to target
  • what to say
  • how to reach them
  • building the funnel
  • talking to leads
  • and helping turn it into paying customers

🎯 What You’ll Own

  • Define ICP and target accounts
  • Build prospect database using AI + tools
  • Create offer, positioning, and pricing recommendations
  • Build landing pages, funnels, and scheduling flows
  • Create outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Launch and manage outbound + inbound lead flow
  • Respond to leads and qualify opportunities
  • Book meetings with leadership/recruiting team
  • Track and report all KPIs weekly
  • Continuously improve conversion rates
  • Turn your vertical into a repeatable revenue engine

🌍 Types of Industries You’ll Work In

This role will focus on developing pipelines in a few key types of verticals, including:

  • Business coaching, consulting, and leadership development
  • Staffing, recruiting, and outsourcing services
  • Professional service firms (legal, accounting, healthcare, etc.)
  • Franchise systems and multi-location businesses
  • Local service businesses in high-demand markets

You may work in one or more of these verticals depending on your strengths and performance.

✅ Requirements

  • Proven ability to build pipeline or lead generation systems from scratch (not just execute tasks within an existing system)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to create marketing content, outreach, or workflows
  • Experience creating at least ONE of the following:
    • Landing pages or funnels
    • Outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Marketing content (ads, videos, posts, or campaigns)
  • Comfortable using or learning tools such as:
    • CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
    • AI content tools (video, copy, or design generation)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong written communication skills (must be able to write persuasive outreach messages)
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and weekly reporting
  • Ability to work independently and execute without constant direction
  • Comfortable with U.S. time zone overlap (minimum 4 hours Central Time)
  • Reliable internet and ability to join daily huddles and weekly meetings

🚀 Strongly Preferred (NOT Required)

Experience in coaching, consulting, or training businesses

Experience in staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing services

Experience in legal, accounting, healthcare, franchise, or local service industries

Experience running paid ads or building marketing funnels,

Experience managing or optimizing conversion rates

💰 Compensation

  • $1,250/month (first 90 days)
  • $1,500/month after

💰 Performance-Based Bonuses (High Upside)

  • In addition to base salary, this role includes multiple layers of performance-based bonuses 
  • If successful you should be making $3,000 usd per month average by end of 2026!

$1,000 Bonus opportunity in first 90 days:

  • $250 (30-day launch milestone)
  • $250 (60-day traction milestone)
  • $500 (90-day revenue + system milestone)
