Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Reports To: Director of E-Commerce / VP of Growth

We sell primarily through Shopify and key e-commerce channels, with a focus on performance, experience, and customer obsession.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize the brand's online store performance. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Shopify by improving conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall onsite experience. You’ll manage site merchandising, lead CRO initiatives, and partner closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution across launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with DTC e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Site Ownership & Performance

  • Own day-to-day management of the brand's site, including site performance, merchandising, and conversion optimization
  • Ensure a best-in-class shopping experience across mobile and desktop

Shopify & Merchandising

  • Manage Shopify storefront operations, including collections, PDP optimization, promotions, bundles, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Oversee and optimize the Shopify app stack (subscriptions, reviews, upsell tools, analytics, etc.)

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Analyze site performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, bounce rate, funnel drop-off) and translate insights into action
  • Develop and execute CRO testing roadmaps, including A/B tests on PDPs, offers, bundles, pricing, and layouts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with paid media, email/SMS, and creative teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams on inventory readiness, launches, and merchandising alignment

Launches, QA & Execution

  • Manage product launches from an onsite perspective, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and performance
  • QA site updates, promotions, and launches to ensure flawless execution and functionality

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce, preferably for Shopify-based brands
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and improving conversion rate in a DTC environment
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopify apps, and e-commerce analytics tools
  • Experience collaborating closely with paid media, retention (email/SMS), and creative teams
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in wellness, sleep, lifestyle, or consumer product brands
  • Familiarity with CRO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms
  • Experience managing subscriptions, bundles, and post-purchase upsells
  • Understanding of inventory planning and forecasting within an e-commerce environment
