Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager (Partnerships Manager)

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Partnerships Manager) to build and scale their affiliate and creator partnership ecosystem.
This person will own outbound outreach, relationship building, deal structuring, tracking performance, and turning creators and communities into long-term brand partners.
This is not a “set up an affiliate link and hope for the best” role. This role focuses on building strategic, revenue-driving partnerships that align with the brand and its audience.
You will work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities, structure win-win collaborations, and scale what works.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Development
- Build and refine the affiliate program structure (commission, tiers, incentives)
- Recruit high-quality affiliates (creators, entrepreneurs, campus leaders, brand communities)
- Onboard affiliates with clear expectations and assets
Creator & Brand Partnerships
- Source and pitch aligned creators and micro-influencers
- Structure partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, capsule drops, event collabs)
- Negotiate terms aligned with margins and brand positioning
- Manage ongoing relationships with clear communication and accountability
Performance & Optimization
- Track affiliate sales, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Identify top-performing partners and double down
- Remove underperforming partnerships strategically
- Provide weekly performance updates with insights (not just numbers)
Campaign Collaboration
- Coordinate product seeding and content launches
- Work with the creative team to ensure partners have assets
- Align campaigns with product drops and seasonal pushes
Systems & Scale
- Implement affiliate tracking tools (Shopify-integrated platforms preferred)
- Build SOPs for outreach, onboarding, and performance reporting
- Create scalable workflows so partnerships compound over time
Must-Have:
Have 2–4+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer marketing
Have built or scaled an affiliate program before
Understand DTC margins and unit economics
Can negotiate confidently while protecting brand value
Are proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Think long-term relationships, not short-term promo codes
Are comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have:
Have experience in streetwear, apparel, creator economy, or Shopify brands
Already have a network of creators or communities
Have managed campus ambassador programs or creator collectives
