The role is responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships with game publishers, managing and growing existing merchant relationships, and driving revenue performance across the portfolio.This position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and execution capability to support both partnership expansion and ongoing business growth within the China market.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary commercial interface for game publishers and partners in China, managing day-to-day relationship and communicationIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new game publisher partnerships to expand the merchant portfolioManage and grow existing merchant accounts, including performance tracking, revenue optimization, and relationship strengtheningDrive revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies, campaigns, and partnership initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to support merchant integration, campaign execution, and issue resolutionConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new business opportunities within the gaming and digital payments ecosystemSupport contract negotiation and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectivesMonitor merchant performance and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, preferably in gaming, payments, or internet industriesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partnersCommercially driven, with a solid understanding of revenue models and partnership dynamicsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindsetFluent in Mandarin and EnglishPre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
