Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 base salary + 10% performance bonus
Reports To: SVP of Revenue
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Description

The Marketing Demand Manager will own and execute demand generation and foundational marketing efforts across CRM, email, social, brand, and lead generation channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how marketing drives revenue, and can balance structure with creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HubSpot administration, ensuring CRM health, data integrity, and scalable workflows
  • Build and execute foundational CRM efforts to support lead capture, nurturing, and conversion
  • Manage the full database nurture strategy and customized account-based content
  • Create and publish social media posts aligned with brand voice and business goals
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels
  • Support and optimize Google Reviews strategy
  • Ensure strong automated customer experience flows throughout the buyer journey
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Create marketing flyers and one-off assets as needed
  • Support cross-functional marketing requests as the company scales

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong HubSpot administration experience (required)
  • Proven track record of demand generation results
  • Experience managing email marketing, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing
  • Ability to execute independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth environment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SEO & AEO initiatives
  • Paid ads and performance marketing support experience
  • Experience in Real Estate or Home Services industry
