Job Description
Superside is hiring a Product Marketing Manager (AI) to drive adoption and understanding of our AI-first creative services. As we expand our AI Consulting and automation offerings, this role ensures customers and internal teams clearly understand the value, use cases, and impact of AI in modern creative workflows.You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, AI Consulting, Creative, Content, Enablement, and Customer teams, shaping positioning, enabling go-to-market motions, and helping customers confidently adopt AI as part of how they create.
What you'll do
- Own positioning, value messaging, and go-to-market plans for Superside’s AI-powered creative services.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with creative and marketing teams.
- Partner with AI Consulting, AI Creative, Product, and TPD to align messaging with real customer use cases.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to create customer-facing assets that support education, adoption, and thought leadership.
- Work with Enablement and Customer Success to train Sales and CS teams on AI offerings and how to position them.
- Support launches and ongoing enhancements, incorporating customer insights and competitive context into messaging.
- Partner with Customer Marketing to drive adoption and engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Track adoption, feedback, and market signals to refine messaging and inform strategic decisions.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS, creative tech, or martech.
- Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping creative and marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-moving environments.
- Customer-centered mindset with a bias toward clarity, usefulness, and adoption.
- Preferably experience with AI-enabled creative tools or services.
- Background supporting training, enablement, or adoption programs.
- Bonus point for prior experience in creative or agency-adjacent environments.
