About us
Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.
Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.
The role
We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C.
In this role, your mission will be to connect Product, Market, and Community—shaping clear narratives, validating opportunities through structured analysis, and supporting go-to-market initiatives to drive commercial impact and reinforce our brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio, ensuring coherence across channels and target segments.
- Develop high-quality commercial materials, maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall narrative.
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate features, learning outcomes, and differentiators into strong and commercially effective value propositions.
- Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to identify trends, benchmark positioning, and uncover opportunity areas.
- Support go-to-market execution for new launches and special projects, preparing core messaging and enabling materials for internal teams.
- Maintain and continuously update product documentation and internal knowledge assets, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information.
- Track key performance indicators and support impact reporting, contributing to the evaluation of product performance and marketing effectiveness.
About you
Ideally, you are a Product Marketing professional with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, comfortable operating in a dynamic and cross-functional environment and motivated to grow in scope and impact.
On top of this, you:
- Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
- Bring a pragmatic, data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization, using insights and evidence to focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
- Show strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insights
- Combine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narratives
- Are execution-oriented, able to translate strategic vision into operational delivery, manage budgets, and measure ROI
- Show solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared objectives
- Are fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken
Tools you’ll work with
You will work with a mix of product marketing, analytics, automation, and content tools. Prior experience with tools such as Typeform, HubSpot, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), AI assistants (e.g. Gemini), and content production tools like Riverside.fm is highly valued.
Perks and benefit
- Access to all our co-working spaces across Europe
- Free access to all our Master courses
- Meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like
- Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child
- An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations
- December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays
- Company-provided MacBook
- Access to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces
