What You Will Do: As a Quality Engineer – Automation at Airia, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems through both automated and manual testing. You will design and implement robust test solutions for web, mobile, and API applications, helping ensure our products meet both functional requirements and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform manual testing to evaluate end-user experience and validate new features.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in the issue-tracking system.
- Work closely with R&D and Product Management teams to understand the application's design and architecture.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and maintain high quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define and implement acceptance criteria for new features.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation, particularly in the AI/ML space.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Quality Engineers engineers.

Qualifications
What We Need from You:
- 2–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (preferably Python).
- Hands-on experience with automation for web applications, REST APIs, or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture in enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Ability to work in a hybrid in-office setup (3 days/week in-office presence required).
