We are looking to build our team with a Quality & Training Manager, reporting into our VP, Central Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our Central Operations team delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for patients, providers, and partners. This role owns how quality is defined, measured, and improved, to ensure our team members are trained to meet that standard.
You’ll build the systems that help Central Ops do their best work: clear expectations, strong training, fair audits, and actionable feedback. As knownwell scales, this role is critical to maintaining quality while onboarding new team members and evolving workflows.
🎯 You Will:
- Define and maintain Central Ops quality standards, audit criteria, and scoring
- Run regular quality audits across scheduling, follow-ups, prior authorizations, and patient communications
- Share audit results clearly with individuals, teams, and leaders
- Identify quality gaps and partner with Ops leaders on corrective actions
- Track and reduce errors, rework, and escalations
- Own onboarding and ongoing training for Central Ops roles
- Build and maintain clear training materials (SOPs, workflows, job aids)
- Deliver live and asynchronous training and assess effectiveness
- Partner with Ops leaders on role-based competencies and retraining plans
- Keep training content current as workflows and policies change
🌟 You Have:
- 6+ years in quality, training, or operations enablement
- 3+ Years experience in healthcare start-ups
- Experience building quality and training programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual salary range for this position is part of a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and bonus opportunities. In compliance with applicable state laws, knownwell provides this reasonable compensation estimate. Final pay will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity.
