We are seeking an insanely empathic individual to join our team as a Reddit Response Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and respond to comments on Reddit ensuring effective damage control and response management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Reddit comments with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage damage control and response management for the brand.
- Collaborate with the client to understand response strategies and guidelines.
- Utilize excellent written English skills to communicate effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all interactions.
- 100% fluency in English.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Experience with Reddit and online community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
