As Sky continues to grow its global community, we are bringing our Western marketing presence to Brazil for the first time.We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to lead this effort. This is a founding role: you will build Sky's local presence from scratch, launching our channels, shaping our community, and embedding the brand in Brazil's vibrant gaming and creator ecosystem - with the full support of the global marketing team.This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and culture. You'll be the voice of Sky in Brazil and the bridge between our players and our studio.What You'll DoBuild and launch Sky's social media presence in Brazil from the ground up, owning oursocial media and community channels and developing a locally relevant content strategy that reflects Brazilian culture and trendsBuild and nurture Sky's Brazilian community - engaging players daily, fostering connection, and growing our local fanbaseIdentify, recruit, and manage relationships with Brazilian creators and influencers, from micro to mid-tier, across gaming, art, and lifestyle verticalsCollaborate with our global performance marketing team to support UA campaigns with locally resonant creative assetsPartner with the Brand Marketing Manager and the broader team to plan and execute activations around key seasonal momentsAttend and represent Sky at local fandom and gaming events (ComicCon Brazil, Anime Friends) as the brand's on-the-ground ambassadorReport on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and growth signals, feeding insights back to the global teamWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in social media management, community management, creator marketing - ideally in gaming, entertainment, or a youth-facing brandDeep fluency in Brazilian internet culture, gaming communities, and social platforms - you know what resonates on Brazilian TikTok and InstagramExperience working with creators and influencers, from relationship building to campaign executionStrong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency required for collaboration with our global teamA genuine passion for Sky or games like it — emotional, artistic, community-driven experiencesComfortable working independently in a remote, async environment while staying deeplyconnected to the global teamExperience with performance marketing or UA campaigns is a plusWhy thatgamecompany?TGC is an indie studio with a global heart.
