You will act as an extension of each client’s team, managing multiple accounts simultaneously and driving real business results through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary social media point of contact for assigned US-based clients
· Lead client kick-off calls, align on goals, brand voice, and KPIs
· Run recurring strategy calls, present reports, and recommend optimizations
· Communicate proactively, flag issues early, and maintain strong client relationships
· Build trust through responsiveness, clarity, and consistent follow-through
Strategy & Planning
· Develop and present tailored social media strategies aligned with business objectives
· Build structured monthly content calendars with clear themes and content pillars
· Conduct audience research and competitive analysis
· Plan campaigns including launches, seasonal pushes, and brand awareness initiatives
· Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and emerging formats
Content Creation & Execution
· Write platform-specific copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
· Create high-performing short-form video content from concept through execution
· Design on-brand graphics, carousels, and stories using Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools
· Coordinate with designers or external creatives when needed
· Schedule and publish content using Relia and manage workflows in GoHighLevel
· Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and interactions
· Handle client approvals and revision cycles efficiently
Analytics & Reporting
· Track and analyze KPIs including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
· Build and deliver clear, actionable monthly reports
· Use data to continuously improve content performance and strategy
· Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards
· Drive measurable improvements in engagement, reach, and audience growth
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating real work and measurable results. This should include:
· Social media accounts managed
· Content examples such as posts, reels, or campaigns
· Performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, or conversions
· Brief explanation of the strategy behind the work
Applications without a portfolio or without clear performance data will not be considered.
Required Qualifications
· 3 to 5+ years of social media management experience
· At least 2 years managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment
· Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, near-native level
· Proven experience working directly with US-based clients on video calls
· Experience leading onboarding and client kick-off calls
· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect content to business goals
· Hands-on experience creating visual and video content
· Proven ability to create high-performing short-form video content
· Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Evaluation Considerations
To ensure success in this role, the following factors are carefully evaluated during the selection process:
· Ability to present a portfolio with clear examples of past work and measurable results
· Strong focus on business outcomes, not only engagement or follower growth
· Experience managing multiple client accounts across different brands or industries

· You proactively bring ideas and improvements
· Strong communication with no dropped responsibilities
