Job Description

BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As a .NET Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of developers, guiding them in executing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of robust software solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in .NET technologies and strong leadership skills to foster collaboration and drive project success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
  • Design and implement architecture solutions for software applications across the .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and establish development timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication to address challenges and foster a positive team environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance team capabilities and productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role or as a team lead.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, especially SQL Server.
  • Experience with RESTful services and modern web development frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS, is a plus.
