About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Team Manager to oversee small operational teams working on international projects. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of field or remote employees
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards
  • Act as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholders
  • Provide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team members
  • Track progress and report on team performance and project status
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines

Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
  • Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
  • Previous coordination/ volunteering or team support experience is a plus

 

Languages

  • English (at least B2) – required
  • Ukrainian (native) – required
  • Additional languages – a plus
