About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation & AI to lead the next phase of AI adoption and operational transformation across Wildix. This role will define and execute the company-wide AI strategy, introducing scalable AI workflows and automation initiatives across Sales, Support, and Operations.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to design intelligent workflows integrated with CRM, telephony, collaboration platforms, and internal systems. Your mission will be to increase operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and accelerate the deployment of AI-driven solutions that improve customer and employee experience.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about applied AI, automation, and business transformation.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the Wildix AI transformation roadmap across departments.
- Design conversational and AI-driven workflows integrated with CRM, telephony, collaboration tools, and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign processes and improve operational efficiency through AI.
- Establish governance, best practices, and performance metrics for AI initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable and secure AI integrations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
- Contribute directly to company OKRs focused on cost reduction and operational scalability.
- Support change management initiatives and help teams adapt to AI-enabled workflows.
- Monitor AI project performance and continuously optimize automation coverage and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across the organization.
- Lead the introduction of AI assistants and automation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with measurable operational and business impact.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, Automation, or similar leadership roles.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM (Salesforce), telephony platforms, collaboration tools, and operational systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure business impact and operational ROI.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international technology environment.
- Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, conversational AI, automation platforms, and business process optimization.

- You have experience in SaaS, UCaaS, Telecommunications, or B2B technology companies.
- You have worked with AI copilots, LLMs, conversational platforms, or AI orchestration tools.
- You understand sales and support operational workflows.
- You have experience with Salesforce integrations and communication platforms.
- You have experience driving enterprise-wide automation programs.
- You have Salesforce certifications or hands-on Salesforce administration/architecture experience.
