Job Description

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a long term project with our Microsoft Gold Certified consulting client, working on a client engagement within the Canadian government sector as Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead.

Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead - Remote

Type: Contract 

# of Roles: 2

Duration: 8 months 

Location: Remote - New Brunswick, NB

Rate: $95 - $105/hr C2C

Contract Details:



Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support the IAM readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative.

The role will focus on:

  • Understanding the current IAM environment
  • Identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption
  • Helping plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go-live and beyond.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud IAM.
  • Understanding of security standards and frameworks.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
