Autonomous vehicles need a supercomputer on wheels; it's an AI & SW heavy computational challenge. We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer, based in Bangalore, India to join our Autonomous Driving Software team.What you’ll be doing:Work on the SW platform components of the NVIDIA autonomous driving software stackAnalyse, debug, fix bugs in the SW platform components to deliver high quality SW releases to customersContribute to platform software development, tools, filesystem customization, and software integrationEnhance integration efficiency to facilitate low latency development on Autonomous Vehicle Simulation & Car platformsRegularly engage with customer teams to productize workflows for platform integrationWhat we need to see: BS or MS degree from a leading university, or equivalent experience, in an engineering or computer science related discipline with 5+ years of relevant working experienceExcellent programming skills in C, C++ and Python and understanding of build systems (like Bazel)Working experience with ADAS or autonomous driving software stackGood working knowledge of Linux and QNXProficient debugging skills from application to kernel level on embedded hardwareExperience in software architecture designGood written and verbal interpersonal skills - concisely articulate knowledge and ideasWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in functional development, adaptation and testing of automotive software based on various sensors (e.g. camera, radar, lidar, GPS, ultrasound etc.)Background in automotive ECU software integration, in Classic and Adaptive AUTOSARExperience developing software in heterogeneous architectures, including GPUs and other types of acceleratorsGood knowledge of process standards like ASPICE & ISO26262.Self-motivated and work effectively across different international functional organizations.
