Job Description
NVIDIA is looking for a strong hands-on verification manager to lead the growing SDK Verification team.This role combines leadership with deep technical involvement, working closely with SDK design and architecture teams while building expertise in networking protocols and NVIDIA networking technologies.What You’ll Be DoingLead, mentor, and grow a team of verification engineersPromote quality, automation, and scalabilityOversee development and optimization of APIs, tools, and libraries, and Maintain OS verification infrastructureImprove automation workflows for fast and reliable SDK releases and Drive evolution of CI/CD pipelinesWork closely with hardware, firmware, DevOps, and software teamsAlign on verification methodologies and infrastructure improvementsStay hands-on while leadingGuide design reviews and architecture discussions and Define best practices for verification excellenceWhat We Need to SeeB.Sc. or higher in Computer Science / Software / Electrical Engineering (or similar)8+ years in software development or verification and 3+ years in technical leadership/managementStrong Python and C/C++Experience with large-scale verification or automation frameworksStrong networking background (L2 / L3)Solid Linux knowledgeCI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Docker)Strong communication and organization and ability to align multiple teams and deliver resultsWays to Stand Out from the CrowdExperience managing verification teams in HW/SW environmentsBackground in scalable or distributed systemsExperience with multi-node testing or performance validationStrong debugging skills (especially concurrency issues)Deep understanding of networking and system architecture
