Job Description
Team Lead, Integrations
Myers-Holum, Inc. in New York, New York, seeks a Team Lead, Integrations. Duties include: Independently lead client solution development by translating complex business needs into technical designs, both remotely and onsite as required; contribute to all phases of project delivery: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment; managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi platform, or other relevant tools; develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration/pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW); design, build, and test custom data warehouse solutions using platforms such as Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW); perform fit/gap analyses to guide system design and implementation; create wireframes and diagrams to support requirements gathering and process mapping; manage project tasks including planning, work breakdown structures, and change control; collaborate with internal developers to build custom solutions; serve as a proactive, trusted advisor to clients throughout engagements; support internal initiatives, including mentoring and people management development. May telecommute from any location in U.S., 100% remote position.
Minimum education required: Master’s in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or another closely related technical field of study or equivalent foreign degree. Minimum experience required: 4 years’ experience in a NetSuite consulting position, or in a closely related role in the ERP industry. Must have led a minimum of 10 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects; NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certified; Boomi or Celigo Certification or 4 years’ experience working with Dell Boomi Platform or Celigo; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Certification or 4-year experience working with the Oracle Integration (OIC) tool. Must have 4 years of work experience with each of the following: leading Implementation or Integration Project Teams or a combination of both; defining project scope, ensuring each project phase is completed, budget management, and managing financials and people resources on projects, or a combination thereof; hands-on technical and/or functional ERP implementation projects. 40% domestic and international travel.
Salary: $150,550-185,000 per year.
