Technical Delivery Lead - (United States)

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll play a critical role in improving how we deliver software, data, and platform initiatives across the organization. You’ll help teams execute more predictably, release with higher quality, and operate more efficiently through strong delivery leadership and data-driven insights.


You’ll drive results across delivery execution, release coordination, and operational improvement - ensuring our technology teams can scale effectively while maintaining speed and quality.


This role reports to the VP of Technology and works cross-functionally across engineering, product, and data teams.

How you’ll be measured:

  • Delivery Performance & Predictability - Consistently drive initiatives to completion with clear plans, managed dependencies, and minimal delivery drift
  • Execution Quality & Release Outcomes - Improve release readiness, reduce defects, and strengthen post-release performance through root-cause insights
  • Operational Visibility & Efficiency - Build and leverage reporting, dashboards, and automation to improve transparency and reduce manual coordination
  • Cross-Team Alignment & Communication - Ensure stakeholders have clear, concise updates on risks, timelines, and progress across technical and non-technical audiences

What You’ve Done Before:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, agile leadership, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting cross-functional software delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile practices, and release processes
  • Proven success improving delivery performance, predictability, and execution quality
  • Experience working closely with engineering, product, platform, and/or data teams


Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management tools
  • Strong ability to analyze delivery data (sprint metrics, flow, defects, dependencies)
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting using Power BI, SQL, Excel, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
  • Ability to apply AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Working knowledge of software systems, APIs, data pipelines, and platform dependencies
