Job Description

EPM is growing, and we are seeking a VP, IT Infrastructure and Security to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leading our technology infrastructure and security operations, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and able to scale with the business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader, comfortable working in a regulated environment, and skilled at partnering with business leaders and vendors. Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee IT infrastructure, security, and technology operations across the organization. 
    • Manage internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure strong performance and service delivery. 
    • Ensure systems, networks, and cloud environments are secure, stable, and scalable. 
    • Own cybersecurity practices, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. 
    • Partner with executive leadership to align technology priorities with business needs. 
    • Support compliance, audit, and risk management efforts in collaboration with internal teams. 
    • Evaluate and implement technology improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk. 
    • Manage technology budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements. 
    • Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact technology issues. 
    • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred. 
    • 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience. 
    • Strong background in IT infrastructure, security, and vendor management. 
    • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments. 
    • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly. 
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
