Agentics Solution Architect Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentics Solution Architect Manager to lead the development, governance, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI agent–powered solutions. This role combines people leadership with deep technical architecture expertise, focusing on building scalable, secure, and production-ready agentic systems that drive measurable business impact.

You will lead a team of solution architects responsible for crafting autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that use large language models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Direct, support, and grow a team of Solution Architects.
  • Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and review processes.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data leadership to align architecture strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive high-quality technical build reviews and decision-making forums.

Agentic Architecture Strategy

  • Define the enterprise architecture vision for agentic AI systems.
  • Build multi-agent orchestration patterns, planning frameworks, and tool-use architectures.
  • Establish guardrails for responsible AI, safety, governance, and observability.
  • Assess and implement emerging AI agent frameworks and technologies.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Architect end-to-end solutions integrating LLMs, vector databases, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency of AI solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, define solution blueprints, and guide implementation teams.
  • Drive architectural alignment across cross-functional initiatives.

Collaborator Engagement

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives.
  • Influence senior leadership on AI strategy and investment decisions.
  • Partner with product teams to build AI-powered customer experiences.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Implement security, compliance, and ethical AI controls.
  • Define monitoring, feedback loops, and evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
  • Mitigate operational and business risks associated with autonomous systems.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in software architecture or solution architecture.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience crafting AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and data architecture.
  • Experience working with AI agent frameworks or orchestration models.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience building production-grade AI agent systems.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, and timely engineering.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, model evaluation, and observability frameworks.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
