Job Description

  We're looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and scale the infrastructure that powers our game development pipeline. You'll work closely with programmers, technical artists, and QA to keep build systems fast, reliable, and painless — so the team can focus on making great games instead of fighting tools.  Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for game builds across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile)Manage and optimize build farms, automated build systems, and nightly/CI build processesMaintain source control infrastructure (Perforce, Git/Git LFS) including branching strategies, repo health, and performance tuningAutomate packaging, deployment, and distribution to platform storefronts (Steam, console cert submission tools, app stores) and internal QA buildsMonitor build pipeline health, diagnose failures, and reduce build/iteration timesSupport and improve automated testing infrastructure (smoke tests, regression suites, crash reporting integration)Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/Docker) supporting build servers, backend services, or live-ops toolingWrite and maintain internal tools/scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline developer workflowsCollaborate with engineering leads to define infrastructure needs for upcoming projects and platform requirementsOwn incident response for pipeline/build outages, including root cause analysis and postmortemsDocument processes and provide support/training to programmers and technical staff using the pipelineCoordinate with the engine team and technical leads to communicate required features and share best practices.Work closely with game development teams to integrate Unreal Engine features seamlessly into studio games, providing technical solutions and troubleshooting assistance.Provide flexible support to team members during critical development stages, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
