We are seeking a skilled HTML Developer whose ambitions match ours: to skyrocket technical skills to architect-level mastery. Responsabilities

    • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, product-led team environment to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
    • Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end code with a strong focus on best practices and code quality.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and modified features, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing across the team.
    • Partner closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces aligned with design principles.
    • Implement responsive and accessible front-end components following WCAG standards and industry best practices.
    • Improve web performance, ensuring fast load times and optimal user experiences across devices.
    • Participate in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and helping uphold high coding standards across the team.

Requirments


      • Experience & Domain Knowledge:
    • Experience working in a product-led, fast-paced environment
    • 3+ years of professional development experience
    • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation of created or modified functionality
    • Understanding of UI/UX design principles
      • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent skills in HTML/CSS, BEM methodology.
    • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
    • Familiarity with design tools like Figma and development tools like Storybook.
    • Experience with Git for version control.
    • Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
    • Familiarity with responsive design techniques and tools.
    • Knowledge of techniques for optimizing web performance
    • Ability to perform hands-on front-end development, write code and perform code reviews
      • Soft Skills:
    • Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product
    • Analytical thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert them to the task
    • Adaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements
    • Ownership and Accountability: Readiness to take ownership of tasks, and issues as well as demonstrate accountability for the results and outcome
      • Nice to have
    • Knowledge of the Ionic framework for building hybrid mobile applications
    • Experience with performance optimization and application resilience strategies
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
