Job Description
As the Networking Adapter Test System Integrator, you will be at the forefront of advancing NVIDIA's outstanding technology. This role involves direct technical leadership with wide-ranging responsibility and a mix of technical, operational, and project lead duties. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, concentrating on facilitating new product support and scalable test solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in advancing NVIDIA’s innovative projects toward successful completion!What you will be doing:Leading OSV (On-Site Validation) test system activities, including pivotal post-sales support.Leading OSV test system projects from concept through delivery and deployment.Defining technical and operational requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams.Managing collaboration with subcontractors and external suppliers to ensure flawless integration.Initiating and tracking procurement activities with strict attention to detail.Leading system integration, validation, and bring-up activities to ensure world-class outcomes.Managing configuration control and technical documentation meticulously.Defining and implementing test system adaptations to support ambitious new products.Coordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams for cohesive action.Tracking schedules, risks, open issues, and execution achievements with precision as well as supporting troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts for outstanding results.What we need to see:A Technician or Practical Engineer degree in Electronics or Mechanics.3+ years of proven experience in leading technical projects or system integration activities.A strong technical understanding of test systems, manufacturing equipment, or integration environments.Experience collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers (advantageous but not essential).Experience with configuration management and engineering documentation (advantageous).Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.The ability to independently lead cross-functional activities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth collaboration.NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unprecedented growth, our world-class engineering teams are growing fast.
