Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and more than 30 million people around the world play them every day.Team, about the roleWe’re looking for a Senior AI Programmer to join a team building innovative AI solutions for our hit game Fishdom. In this role, you’ll design and implement an AI-powered test generation system for games—an internal tool that will make testing faster and easier, uncover unusual edge-case bugs, and improve overall release quality.A key part of the challenge is that there’s no off-the-shelf solution for this on the market, so the work involves a lot of engineering R&D and independent ownership. You’ll be expected to stay on top of rapidly evolving AI technologies, quickly validate ideas in practice, and make sound technical decisions.Instead of a pre-defined plan split into many small tasks, this is an open ownership area: you’ll help define the direction, set priorities, and build the roadmap.TasksDevelop and evolve the internal AI Automation Framework.Set up, maintain, and improve the AI autotests pipeline, ensuring stable runs, reproducible results, and scalability.Drive AI R&D: explore and validate approaches, prototype solutions, and take successful experiments to production.Our stackStack: TeamCity, Kotlin DSL, Python (tests in Pytest), an in-house testing framework (RPC communication between tests and C++ game clients), Claude Code, GitHub, Cursor, AppiumRequirements4+ years of backend development experience with Python.Hands-on AI experience: building and shipping solutions from idea to production.Proven track record integrating AI/LLMs into real products or internal systems.Experience with CI/CD (TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar).Strong understanding of system architecture and ability to design scalable solutions.PreferredExperience with Claude Code or other LLM-powered tools for code generation and analysis.Experience building and deploying AI agents.Experience with mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium).Our PerksFlexibility at work For most positions we offer a flexible schedule, and employees can work from anywhere in the world.
