You will join this multifaceted and innovative DFX team to develop the next generation of scalable, detailed tools and workflows. These tools will support various Silicon bringup and FA teams.What you’ll be doing:Build, develop, test, and deploy internal infrastructure tools for ATE test vector release and fail analysis/diagnosis flowsWork with DFT or equivalent experience, ATE bringup, Silicon FA teamsBuild regression testcases to ensure flow robustnessSupport silicon bringup teams to ensure Bringup successDevelop code to integrate new features into current toolsResolve tool bugs, check in and deploy fixesWhat we need to see:BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field where coding, computer usage is required; proven ability in related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of relevant experienceIn depth ATE knowledge. Advantest 93k knowledge strongly desired, Teradyne Ultraflex preferred, and ability to use AI assistant toolsExcellent Perl, Python scripting skills.
