The Autonomous Vehicles Product/Program Management team is searching for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new autonomous driving features. We are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in gaming, visualization, supercomputing and self-driving cars. As a key member of our Autonomous Vehicles Team, you will be a key leader responsible for the software development execution of our autonomous driving software stack. NVIDIA gives automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self-driving vehicles. Today, we are working with over 270 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.What you'll be doing:Leading automotive software development across multiple engineering teams related to ADAS/Autonomy features.Working with the engineering leads to define product and roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive the execution and tracking of these across the organization.Coordinating release content and efforts with multiple program managers and engineering managers who own individual components.Establishing metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify and hand technical challenges, and resolving issues that affect scope, schedule and quality.Regularly communicating the program status and key issues to management and multi-functional teams within the organization.What we need to see:BS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of experience in a similar or related roleExperience working in driving the planning and execution of complex software engineering projects, and new products or features to users.Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics and/or AI.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across large organizationsWays to stand out from the crowd:Proven experience leading end-to-end development of ADAS, autonomous vehicles and/or machine learningExperience with Jira and/or JAMA, to the point that you can comfortably guide an engineering team how to use these tools.Experience with start-ups and/or early-stage productsYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until March 23, 2026.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
