About This Role

We are looking for 3D artists, animators, and designers who use Blender professionally — for films, games, product visualization, or creative projects.

What You'll Do

  • Use your professional software to complete realistic work tasks

  • Record your screen while performing the tasks

  • Submit your recordings to help train AI models

  • Follow written task instructions provided by our team

Example Tasks

  • Modeling objects, characters, or environments

  • Rigging and animating 3D scenes

  • Rendering and compositing

  • Geometry nodes, shading, or simulation workflows

Requirements

  • Professional experience with Blender

  • Ability to perform realistic, professional-level workflows in the software

  • Written English proficiency

  • Ability to record your screen (any screen recording software is fine)

  • Ability to follow written task instructions
