About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who can consistently produce high-converting static paid social ads for digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer who understands performance marketing, direct-response creative, and fast turnaround execution, not just aesthetics. You’ll work closely with the marketing and growth team to design ads that capture attention, communicate value quickly, and drive measurable results across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Creative Production

  • Design scroll-stopping static ad creatives for paid campaigns
  • Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
  • Adapt creatives for different formats, ratios, and placements
  • Turn briefs, hooks, and copy into high-converting visual ads
  • Deliver creatives quickly and consistently to support campaign scale

Performance - Focused Design

  • Understand direct-response marketing principles
  • Incorporate clear messaging, hierarchy, and CTAs into designs
  • Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback
  • Stay updated with current paid social design trends

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain strong visual identity and brand alignment
  • Work within existing brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Ensure ads look premium, clear, and conversion-focused

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or info products
  • Understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics
  • Motion design or short-form video editing skills
