Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our creative team and produce high-performing video content for paid social and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both storytelling and performance marketing, with a strong ability to turn raw assets into compelling, conversion-driven ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform raw video, audio, and mixed media assets into cohesive, engaging ads for UGC, branded content, and podcast-style short-form videos.
  • Produce high-performing video ads optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Interpret creative briefs to fully understand the production team’s objectives, target audience, and content requirements.
  • Trim and structure footage into compelling sequences, creating multiple variations of ads for testing and optimization.
  • Enhance videos with sound design, music, motion graphics, color grading, and other visual effects to elevate overall quality and impact.
  • Develop both rough cuts and polished final outputs across all required aspect ratios.
  • Proactively collaborate and maintain clear, consistent communication with the creative team throughout the post-production process.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong and relevant portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Solid working knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, continuity, and visual composition, especially for short-form and advertising content.

Nice to Have

  • Experience editing direct-response or performance marketing ads.
  • Familiarity with UGC-style editing trends and social media best practices.
  • Basic understanding of ad performance metrics and creative testing strategies.
