Independent Contractor – I-CPT-10762 Real Estate Web Designer & Developer/IT Dev/Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer / Website Designer to create a modern, professional website that will showcase a portfolio of rental properties and generate qualified leads for a real estate brokerage business.

The website will highlight different types of rental options including per diem rentals, short-term rentals, corporate housing, and annual leases. The platform will serve both as a property showcase and as a lead generation tool for real estate clients.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

The developer will design and build a clean, user-friendly website that includes:

• A portfolio-style showcase of rental properties

• Categories for different rental types:

  • Per diem / short-term rentals

  • Corporate rentals

  • Mid-term rentals

  • Annual leases

• A lead capture system for potential renters, buyers, and real estate clients

• Mobile-friendly and responsive design

• Easy navigation and professional branding

Website Development

• Design and build a professional real estate portfolio website

• Create a clean, modern layout that highlights property listings

• Ensure the website is fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop)

Property Portfolio Features

• Create pages to display:

  • Property photos

  • Descriptions

  • Amenities

  • Rental terms

  • Location information

• Organize listings by rental type

Lead Generation

• Implement lead capture forms for:

  • Rental inquiries

  • Corporate housing requests

  • Real estate buyer/seller leads

• Integrate contact forms that send leads directly to the broker

Real Estate Branding

• Design the site to position the owner as a real estate broker and property expert

• Include sections such as:

  • About the Broker

  • Services

  • Property Portfolio

  • Contact

SEO & Performance

• Optimize website for search engines (SEO)

• Ensure fast loading speed

• Implement basic local real estate SEO best practices

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Experience building real estate or property listing websites

Strong web design and UX/UI skills

Experience with platforms such as:

• WordPress

• Webflow

• Wix

• Custom web development

Knowledge of lead generation funnels

Understanding of SEO for real estate websites

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 25 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: 8pm to 12 midnight EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
