Job Description
Responsibilities:
Creating photorealistic assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projects
Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring they run correctly in real time
Working closely with technical artists and game designers
Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decals
Working with high-poly photogrammetric objects
Performance optimization and bug fixing
Qualifications
You don't need to know everything right away - the desire to develop is key.
We expect you to have:
A relevant higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist
Basic understanding of the following processes: - Low-poly and high-poly creation (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3dMAx) - Understanding of the PBR pipeline - UV mapping - Baking maps such as normal and AO - Texturing in Substance Painter
Experience working with artists, designers, and technical specialists
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Readiness to learn new tools and technologies
Proactive, independent, and curious
Language: English at basic level, other languages will be a plus
Nice to have:
Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
Strong, high-quality portfolio
Advanced knowledge of ZBrush
Basic knowledge of level art and lighting
Experience in game development companies
