Job Description

Mactores is the agent-native AWS modernization firm. Most modernization work doesn't ship, it stalls in pilots, slips a year, or lands at three times the budget. We exist to ship it: production systems running, legacy retired, outcomes measured. Our delivery is built on Aedeon, the agent platform built by Mactores' founders' sister company, which absorbs the repetitive 60–70% of engagement work, discovery, dependency mapping, validation, test generation, that traditional consulting bills human hours against. Forward-deployed engineers own the rest: architecture, judgment, and cutover, on dates we commit to in the contract.

Mactores is looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Video Producer who can turn complex cloud and data engineering stories into scroll-stopping, on-brand video content built specifically for the US B2B market.

This is not a generalist editing role. We need someone who can own video end-to-end, from concept and script to editing, motion design, AI-assisted production, and publishing, while bringing a sharp instinct for what actually performs on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond. You will turn technical depth into short-form hooks, founder-led thought leadership, customer stories, and AI-generated podcasts that make enterprise audiences stop, watch, and share.

You will work at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, AI-native video production, and social platform strategy producing content that builds brand, drives engagement, and feeds enterprise pipeline in the US market.

What you will do?

  • Own video end-to-end — from concept, scripting, and storyboarding through editing, motion, sound, and final delivery for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels.

  • Produce trending, platform-native content that reflects a real understanding of how US B2B audiences scroll, watch, and shared sharp hooks, tight pacing, and formats tuned to each channel and algorithm.

  • Repurpose long-form into high-performing short-form — turning webinars, podcasts, conference talks, and customer interviews into clips, reels, and highlight cuts that carry the brand.

  • Design motion and animation — kinetic typography, animated architecture diagrams, logo stings, explainer sequences, lower-thirds, and transitions that make complex technical ideas easy to follow.

  • Produce AI-native video at scale using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Sora, and Veo for B-roll, cinematic sequences, and ad variations, treating AI as a force multiplier for quality and velocity, not a shortcut on craft.

  • Create AI-generated podcasts and presenter-led videos using AI avatars and voice tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs, producing consistent, on-brand talking-head and podcast content without a full studio shoot.

  • Build polished visual assets — thumbnails, social graphics, title cards, and reusable templates, in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Adobe Express.

  • Coordinate and manage shoots remotely with extended teams, freelancers, and on-camera talent (including executives and founders) across time zones, writing briefs and shot lists, directing remotely, and managing footage, reviews, and handoffs.

  • Own platform-ready delivery — correct aspect ratios, captions and subtitles, sound design, and brand consistency across every channel and format.

  • Collaborate closely and ship fast with content, design, marketing, and subject-matter experts in a high-output, iterative remote environment.

  • Stay ahead of trends and tooling — track emerging formats, platform changes, and the fast-moving AI video landscape, and continuously test and adopt tools that improve output.

  • Measure and iterate — track views, watch time, retention, engagement, and shares, and use the data to sharpen what you produce next.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–4+ years of experience producing and editing video for social and brand, with a strong portfolio or reel that demonstrates both storytelling and craft.
  • Established experience creating content for the US market, with a real feel for US B2B tone, humor, references, and what earns attention from a professional American audience.
  • A proven track record of trending, high-performing short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Sora, or Veo (or equivalents).
  • Experience creating AI-generated podcasts and avatar-led videos using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or equivalent.
  • Strong motion design and animation skills, with hands-on command of Adobe After Effects (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Express.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage shoots remotely with distributed teams, freelancers, and on-camera talent.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-output, fully remote environment — self-directed, organized, and dependable without hand-holding.
  • A strong collaborator who communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and works smoothly across marketing, design, and technical teams.
  • A sharp eye for pacing, sound, typography, and brand consistency across formats and platforms.
  • B2B experience is required; experience in the IT, technology, SaaS, or cloud sector is strongly preferred.

You will be preferred if:

  • You've produced video for a B2B technology, SaaS, or cloud company, an AWS Partner, or an IT services firm.
  • You have a portfolio of content that went viral or performed exceptionally well on LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
  • You've directed on-camera talent, executives, or founder-led content.
  • You have sound design and audio editing chops, and are comfortable with tools like Descript and ElevenLabs.
  • You understand YouTube and social SEO — thumbnails, titles, hooks, and how the algorithm rewards retention.
  • You bring a photography, design, or animation background that strengthens your visual instincts.
