About the Role

Focus: High-Volume Organic Growth (TikTok & Instagram)

We are hiring a Viral Content Strategist to build and scale a network of high-performing TikTok and Instagram pages designed to capture massive organic reach.

Your job is to create and operate multiple theme-based content accounts that generate millions of views at scale.

This role is focused entirely on winning on modern social algorithms—where content quality and volume drive reach, not follower count.

Role Overview

You will:

• Create, operate, and scale 20+ TikTok and Instagram pages, each with a distinct theme, persona, or niche
• Post 2–3 times per day per page, optimized for maximum organic reach
• Identify winning formats and systematically scale them across multiple accounts

Core Responsibilities

Account Creation & Management

• Launch and manage 20+ TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Develop a unique theme, angle, or persona for each page
• Ensure consistent, high-frequency daily posting

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop high-volume short-form video content optimized for organic reach
• Test multiple content angles including:
• Educational
• AI-generated
• Persona-based
• Product-focused
• Niche/breed-specific
• Identify winning formats and replicate them across multiple pages

Examples of page types may include:

• AI-powered dog education pages
• Persona-based dog owner accounts
• Product-category pages (e.g., beds, harnesses)
• AI-driven health & lifestyle content
• Breed-specific or lifestyle theme pages

Algorithm & Growth Optimization

• Deep understanding of how TikTok and Instagram distribute content
• Optimize for:
• Reach
• Retention
• Engagement
• Shareability
• Rapidly test formats and aggressively scale what works
• Focus on views and attention, not vanity follower metrics

Content Production & Coordination

• Coordinate with editors, AI tools, and creators to produce content at scale
• Maintain high posting velocity across all pages
• Continuously refine content based on performance data

Experience with AI content tools is a strong advantage.
