Job Description
Workstate is looking for a Mid-level Frontend Developer to join our talented team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across our web applications. We are seeking developers who can engage with and motivate our clients while diving deeply into frontend development and envisioning future improvements. Our consultants are quick on their feet, dedicated to driving quality and innovation.
Residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in that country are eligible for this opportunity.
The ideal candidate will typically have 3-5 years of professional frontend development experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React
- Experience with Redux Toolkit
- Experience with React Query
- Experience with Node.js / Koa
- Experience with frontend build toolchains
- Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussions
- Experience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers to create engaging interfaces
- B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbal.
