Job Description
Your role at Hostinger
As Hostinger’s Content Writers Team Lead, you'll own the quality, voice, and output of our human-written content. You'll lead a team of writers, working closely with our Content SEO Lead and Editors Team Lead. Your job is to make sure everything that comes out of your team is accurate, compelling, and unmistakably on-brand.

Your day-to-day
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of writers — setting clear expectations, giving regular feedback, and helping everyone grow.
- Maintain editorial standards across all human-produced content, ensuring everything that leaves your team meets the highest standard.
- Own Hostinger blog’s editorial direction — governing the content calendar and making sure every post reflects the brand's voice, messaging and standards.
- Hire, onboard, and grow your team based on company and team’s needs.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years writing or editing, with at least 2 in a team lead role
- Proven experience managing or mentoring content writers
- Strong editorial confidence - a clear editorial point of view, and the confidence to articulate and defend it
- Familiarity with SEO content and what makes it work editorially
- Strategic thinking - you see patterns, identify and fix root problem rather than treating symptoms
- Experience in digital media, publishing, or content marketing
- Experience owning or contributing to a brand style guide
- Comfortable with basic analytics tools
- Business-first thinking - you connect content decisions to new clients and billings
- Experience with AI-assisted writing workflows
