Job Description
Who We Are
Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.
We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.
Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.
Roboflowers are passionate builders who value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action. We're curious, hands-on with new tech, and prefer showing our work over talking about it. Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.
What You'll Do
We are looking for a builder to define Roboflow’s physical footprint. In an increasingly automated and AI-driven world, face-to-face trust is a competitive advantage. You won’t just be running events, you will be creating the environments where for us to build critical relationships.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who can strategize with executives one day and roll up their sleeves to ship swag the next.
Build the Roboflow Conference from Zero to One: You will own the vision, P&L, and execution of Roboflow’s inaugural user conference. This isn’t just an event; it’s a launch that will define our industry standing.
Curate High-Value Executive Programs: You will design intimate, high-leverage experiences (private dinners, roundtables, retreats) that convert skeptics into champions and customers into partners.
Drive Revenue: You are measured by pipeline acceleration and closed-won revenue. You will work lock-step with Sales to ensure every dollar spent in the field has a clear path to ROI.
Own the Event Portfolio: You decide where we show up, and you ensure that when we do, everyone knows we were there.
Orchestrate the Roboflow Brand: You are the owner of our brand in the physical world. Whether it’s a booth, a happy hour, or a VIP suite, you ensure the experience is polished, intelligent, and distinctly Roboflow.
Who You Are
A Strategic Operator. You have 5+ years of field marketing experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI. You know the playbook and you want to innovate on it in a hyper competitive space.
Experience Creator. You have taste. You understand that the venue, the lighting, the food, and the conversation all matter. You know how to create an atmosphere where business happens naturally.
Data-Driven. You are comfortable in Salesforce and can draw a direct line from a dinner in SF to a closed deal in NY.
Scrappy & High-Output. You thrive in a startup environment. You don't need a massive agency team to get things done. You are willing to do the hard work because you care about the result.
Executive Polish. You can hold your own in a room with C-suite executives. You understand their world and know how to create value for them.
Willing to Travel. You are excited to be on the front lines. You understand that the magic happens in person.
Who You'll Be Working With
You will work directly with our Marketing Lead, Head of Sales, co-founders, and Marketing team. You will be the bridge between our digital brand and the physical market.
We are currently a team of 100+ team members located all over the US and Europe. Our team's backgrounds range from high school whiz kids, former founders of technology companies and fashion lines, world-class engineers, CMOs to CEOs. We want to work with exceptional people who want to do the best work of their careers.
What You'll Receive
To determine your salary, we use a number of market and data-driven salary sources. We review all salaries every 6 months to ensure we stay in line with the market.
💰 The target compensation for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 base salary
📈 In addition to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits:
$3500/yr Travel Stipend to travel anywhere anytime to work alongside other Roboflowers.
$350/mo productivity stipend to spend on things that make your work environment more productive.
Cover up to 100% of your health insurance costs for you and your partner or family.
Equity in the company so we are all invested in the future of computer vision.
