Position: Fractional / Part-Time Head of Client Strategy – TikTok Shop
Location: Remote (Global)

About the role:
We’re hiring a senior TikTok Shop operator to own the growth strategy and performance across a portfolio of eCommerce brands.
This is not a high-level advisory role. You will be responsible for driving revenue through TikTok Shop by identifying winning content, scaling creators, and continuously optimizing performance.
You will act as the strategic owner of multiple accounts, working cross-functionally with affiliate, creator, and paid media teams to hit aggressive growth targets.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Review and sign off on client strategies across the DFY portfolio, ensuring every account has a clear growth plan
- Monitor account KPIs using our GMV driver tree framework – flag underperformance or untapped opportunities
- Provide strategic direction to pod leads on creator acquisition, content strategy, advertising optimisation, and promotional planning
- Run periodic deep-dive account reviews, identifying the highest-leverage moves for each brand
- Coach and upskill the team on strategic thinking – helping them move from task execution to outcome-driven decision-making
- Act as an escalation point for complex client situations: strategy pivots, difficult conversations, or growth plateaus
- Collaborate with leadership on service delivery improvements, new frameworks, and raising the bar on client experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years e-commerce, agency, or performance-marketing experience with clear revenue impact
- Fluent in ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV, and contribution margin – and how to improve them
- Proven experience leading people and teams toward a common revenue goal
- Ability to read performance data, diagnose issues quickly, and translate analysis into clear, actionable direction
- Strong written English; can distil complex ideas into an actionable one-pager
- Self-managed remote work style with reliable US-hour overlap
