You will partner closely with Regional Channel Managers and Category Managers and Marketing to activate the most appropriate products, competitive pricing and targeted advertising campaigns. In this role you will:Strategy Development & ExecutionSet the global strategy for B2B ecommerce channels in partnership with Regional Channel Managers and Category Managers.Identify and prioritize relevant marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Business, leading B2B etailers) to expand Logitech for Business sales and influence.Recommend and guide activations, tailored product assortments, pricing models, and promotional tactics to optimize channel performance.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead strategic initiatives that align product, category, sales, and marketing teams toward unified channel goals.Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints.Partner & Stakeholder EngagementEstablish and strengthen relationships with major marketplace partners and B2B etailers.Advocate for marketplace-specific customer and partner needs internally, ensuring Logitech solutions are timely and relevant.Market Activation & Campaign ManagementCoordinate and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, and promotions to accelerate Logitech for Business growth.Leverage data analytics to monitor, assess, and enhance channel performance, making tactical adjustments as needed.Product, Pricing & Advertising StrategyDevelop and implement strategies that activate the right products, pricing tiers, and advertising to meet customer demand and maximize channel reach.Collaborate on promotional calendars and optimize spend across marketplaces.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Many years in B2B ecommerce strategy, channel management, or business development roles (ideally in technology or consumer electronics) Strong familiarity with Amazon Business, other global marketplaces, and B2B etailer environments.Skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships, with influence across commercial and technical teams.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to represent Logitech’s business solutions.Proven record in launching and scaling ecommerce programs across multiple regions and channels.Expertise in joint business planning, enterprise sales strategy, and channel activation.Data-driven approach to channel optimization, campaign performance, and customer insights.Proficient in leveraging CRM and analytics tools (such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for performance tracking and reporting.Solid understanding of channel marketing, pricing, and digital advertising practices.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with marketplace operations, B2B ecommerce platforms, and digital go-to-market strategy.Technical knowledge of video collaboration, unified communications, or workspace solutions is advantageous.Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
