Founded in 1999, WorldWinner develops and operates competitive games of skill with real cash prizes under the WorldWinner consumer brand and in partnership with leading Sports Gaming Entertainment company FanDuel under the FanDuel Faceoff name.

We are seeking a commercially minded, strategically rigorous Head of Marketing to professionalize, structure, and scale our marketing function into a disciplined, data-driven growth engine.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, display, and other emerging channels. Standardize creative testing frameworks, bring rigor to spend allocation and payback modeling, and shift from channel optimization to portfolio management.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Strategy: Define lifecycle stages and segmentation models. Build structured retention playbooks, design promotional and tournament calendars tied to revenue goals, and improve personalization across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS to increase player LTV.
  • Brand & Positioning: Clarify WorldWinner’s positioning in the skill-based real money category. Align creative messaging, acquisition strategy, and product experience. Establish consistent brand voice and guidelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Work closely to analytics to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear business insights. Partner with Finance to ensure disciplined ROI measurement and forecasting.
  • Team Leadership: Assess and evolve team structure, introduce clear accountability and KPIs, mentor high-potential marketers, and hire selectively to fill capability gaps. Build a culture of ownership and performance transparency.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8–12 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience professionalizing or scaling a marketing function.
  • Deep fluency in LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, and payback modeling.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
  • Strong CRM/lifecycle ownership experience in mobile, gaming, or consumer tech environments.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and organizational design experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience operating in EBITDA-focused environments.
  •  Preferred - Background in skill gaming, mobile gaming, or adjacent competitive categories.
